All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA and other authorized fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. Items must be returned in their original condition. Contact accounts@dentalO.com to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Dental Pod devices include a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental-O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
